Thank you for your interest in our banquet menus.  As an example of pricing, several options are listed below.  Each dinner would include:

  1. Fresh Fruit Cup or Cup of Soup (Choice of one)
  2. Tossed Salad (French & Italian additional Charge may Apply for Other Choices)
  3. Rolls & Butter
  4. Entrée Choice (includes Potato & Family Style Vegetable)
  5. Coffee, Tea, Soda and Refills are included.
  6. Ice Crème Parfait (Crème Dementhe, Raspberry, Coffee, Peach, Apricot, ect.)

The Items above are just a sampling of the options available! Any dinner entrée can become a Banquet Entrée.  Pricing is calculated by taking the menu price of any entree and adding $4.00 dollars.  To get the total price with tax and tip, multiply the adjusted price times 24% (that’s 6% ct sales tax and 18% gratuity).  That result is added to the adjusted price for the total cost per person.  For Example, Fried Chicken Breast is $10.95 menu item.  Add four dollars for an adjusted price of $14.95. To get the total with Tax and tip, $13.95 is multiplies by 24 %, yielding $3.59.  This is added back to the adjusted price for the Total with tax and tip of $18.54.

As an alternative, The Gold Eagle now offers a buffet style “all you can eat” banquet service with unlimited soda, coffee or tea.   The Buffet Style Menu is only available for parties of 40 people or more with the management reserving the right to charge for boxed leftovers.
